We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost or used or accessed in an unautherised way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. those processing your information will do so only in an autherised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data seccurity breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data secuirty breach where we are legally required to do so.

 

How long your personal information will be kept

We will keep your personal information while you have a project open with us. Therafter we will keep your personal information for as long as necessary this could be:

  • To respond to any questions, complaints or claims made by yourself or on your behalf
  • To show that we have treated your fairly
  • To keep records which is required by law

We will not retain your information for longer then necessary for the purpose set out in the policy. We will hold your information for as long as the account to which your personal information relates is active. Should you close your account or stop work on a project, Anglian intumescent will be held for a period of 3-6 months in case you or your company wish to continue with a project or begin a new one.

When it is no longer necessary to retain your personal information we will delete or remove it from our systems.

 

How to get a copy of your person information.
